Born in Aba, Abia State, and hailing from Nnewi, Nnewi North LGA Anambra State. Chief Dr. Moghalu’s story is one of resilience, excellence, and service. From his early academic pursuits to his groundbreaking roles in governance, he has consistently demonstrated a passion for nation-building.
His distinguished career spans decades, with significant contributions in both public and private sectors, including:
Director General of the Bureau of Cooperatives and Rural Development, Abia State.
Managing Director/CEO of the National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA).
Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Satellite Ltd (NIGCOMSAT).
